<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device in which fusing of a line pattern can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic device 1 comprises: a substrate 2; a surge absorption element 3 provided on the substrate 2; and a line pattern 4 being connected electrically with the surge absorption element 3. The line pattern 4 has a bend 4A, and a through conductor 5 is provided in the substrate 2 so as to be connected mechanically with the bend 4A. Even when a surge current due to thunderbolt, or the like, flows into the surge absorption element 3 via the line pattern 4, heat generated at the bend 4A of the line pattern 4 is transmitted to the through conductor 5 and dissipated easily. Consequently, concentration of heat on the bend 4A is limited, and fusing of the line pattern 4 can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
