<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance availability and reliability in a system where communication is performed between terminals through an IP network. <P>SOLUTION: In the communication system, a connection device 2 has a wireless module 21 which performs wireless communications with a wireless base station device 4 through a PIAFS, and detects a failure in a connection line to an IP network 5. When the connection device 2 detects a failure in the connection line, the connection device 2 distributes data, which is transmitted to an incoming call terminal from a call terminal, to the wireless module, and notifies the wireless base station device of a termination device 6 as a dummy call destination. The wireless base station device requests a position registration device 7 to acquire position information on the termination device based on the dummy call destination. An IP exchange 11 transmits data of the PIAFS to the termination device through the IP network based on the position information of the termination device. The termination device terminates the PIAFS, requests the position registration device to acquire position information of the incoming call terminal, and transmits the terminated data to an IP exchange 12 on an incoming call side through the IP network based on the position information of the incoming call terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
