<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that when a telephone apparatus, which mixes voices of two telephone apparatuses during a three-party talk and sends a mixed voice to another telephone apparatus, has detected a hold tone or a CPT (call progress tone) from one of the other telephone apparatuses, the CPT tone does not block the telephone conversation. <P>SOLUTION: A telephone apparatus 1 having a function to connect the own telephone apparatus and two other telephone apparatuses with lines to perform a three-party talk includes: a mixing unit 11a2 which mixes voices of the own telephone apparatus and one of the other telephone apparatuses and sends a mixed voice to the other telephone apparatus during a three-party talk; and a tone detection unit 11a1 which detects whether the voices sent from the two other telephone apparatuses have a specific tone. When the tone detection unit 11a1 detects a specific tone sent from the one of the other telephone apparatuses, the mixing unit 11a2 limits the sound volume of the specific tone and performs mixing with the voice of the own telephone apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
