<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for automatically feeding a wire in which an automatically feeding time of a wire electrode is shortened by simplifying the device without using a common roller and by making a wasted wire clamp shoulder the function. <P>SOLUTION: The method for automatically feeding the wire has a cutter 14 for cutting the front end side of the wire electrode 5 from a source bobbin 7 and a wasted wire clamp 15 for discarding the wire electrode 5 arranged so as to be able to put in and out under the cutter, a wire feeding roller 10 which is an anneal roller and the holding part 30 of the wasted wire clamp 15 are insulated and supported by the body head 1, and connected by a lead wire so as to be energized. The wire electrode 5 is held by the wire feeding roller 10 and the wasted wire clamp 15, the wire feeding roller 10, the wire electrode 5, and the wasted wire clamp 15 are energized to anneal the wire electrode 5, the deformation of the wire electrode 5 is removed and strengthened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
