<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pitch drive device of a wind power generator that prevents the reliability of the pitch drive device from being impaired by a simple structure, and to provide the wind power generator. <P>SOLUTION: The pitch drive device 31 of the wind power generator moves a wind-turbine rotor blade 6 whose blade root is mounted to a rotor head so as to be turnable in a wing length direction. The pitch drive device 31 includes a driving member having a linear actuator for turning and driving the wind-turbine rotor blade 6 in the wing length direction to change a pitch angle.
