<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine emission noise reducing device capable of performing adjustment to a frequency of engine emission noise to be reduced, irrespective of the level of the frequency. <P>SOLUTION: The engine emission noise reducing device 10 includes a noise absorption member 12 mounted in close contact with an engine component 2 and including a Helmholtz resonator 11 absorbing noise by causing the engine emission noise to resonate.
