<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection device which has a simple structure, and can inject one liquid into another liquid continuously, and to provide a water heater provided with the same. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid injection device is provided with: a rotor 301 that is rotatably installed in a first channel 1 in which a first liquid flows, and has an internal space filled with a second liquid supplied from a second channel 2; and a driving means that rotates the rotor 301. At least a portion of the rotor 301 is composed of a porous body which can be permeated with the second liquid, and the second liquid in the internal space seeps out from the porous body to the outside of the rotor 301 by the centrifugal force of the rotation of the rotor 301 to be injected in the first channel 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
