The invention relates to a lightweight block of reinforced concrete with a smooth finish and a rapid assembly system, by which means each rib that forms the inside of the block in the transverse direction takes on an inverted V-shape in the upper part of the block and a V shape in the lower part, enabling the blocks to be vertically coupled. By laying blocks on top of other blocks, vertically aligned cavities are created that can be filled with concrete in situ. The outer faces of the block are reinforced with a metal mesh. The system provides special elements for the different parts of the structure of the building in such a way that it can be adapted to multiple modular designs.
