PURPOSE: A structure for variable message sign is provided to prevent safety accidents in component change and malfunction by having a display unit lifted up and down and revolved left and right. CONSTITUTION: A supporter(20) is vertically established on the sides of a road. A body of revolution and lifting lifts up and down about a supporter. A body of revolution and lifting perpendicularly revolves about a supporter. A display unit(30) is fixed on a body of revolution and lifting and the side of the body of revolution and lifting. A lifting and revolving device lifts a body of revolution and lifting and a display unit up and down. A lifting and revolving device has a body of revolution and lifting and a display unit perpendicularly revolve.
