<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash capable of maintaining airtightness by preventing deformation of a sliding door in the case of fire while allowing elongation of horizontal frames. <P>SOLUTION: A sash comprises sliding doors 2a and 2b. The sliding doors 2a and 2b have a vertical frame 3, a horizontal frame 4, and a spacer 5. An upper and a lower horizontal frames 4 are fixed between a right and a left vertical frames 3. The spacer 5 having a thickness in consideration of thermal elongation of the horizontal frame 4 is fixed between each inner peripheral side of the right and left vertical frames 3 and each end face of the horizontal frames 4, being formed of resin which softens and melts in the case of fire. A refractory material 6 which foams by heat in the case of fire is fixed on each of the outdoor and indoor sides of the spacer 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
