<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection type video display device which can adjust the inclination of a housing even in a lateral placement state or in a vertical placement state, and can simplify a structure for adjusting the inclination of the housing. <P>SOLUTION: A projector 1 installed on an installation surface comprises: a projection lens 20 for projecting light to the forward direction that is a predetermined projection direction; and a housing 10 for housing the projection lens 20. The housing has a connection corner portion for connecting side surfaces facing a direction perpendicular to the forward direction and two adjacent side surfaces facing mutually different directions, and has a lower side surface 15 and a left side surface 12 facing mutually perpendicular directions as the two adjacent side surfaces facing the mutually different directions. The connection corner portion 10A for connecting the lower side surface 15 and the left side surface 12 includes an adjustment leg 3A capable of changing a protruding amount which is a length protruding from the outer surface of the housing 10, and the adjustment leg 3A protrudes below the lower side surface 15 and protrudes toward the left side of the left side surface 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
