<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a vomit mask which can be easily worn in daily life and enables simple post handling. <P>SOLUTION: The mask is flexible and stretchable and includes a bag for storing vomit. The method of manufacturing the mask includes: dipping a mold having the shape of a human head with a projection forming the bag for storing the vomit on the face side, in synthetic resin liquid or rubber liquid; extracting the metal mold from the synthetic resin liquid or the rubber liquid; forming holes for aiding breathing by cutting on the top side of the bag for storing the vomit after the synthetic resin liquid or the rubber liquid is hardened so as to be cut; and removing it from the mold later. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
