<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold monitoring apparatus constituted so as to automatically execute the stop of the operation of an alarm and the restarting of a control mechanism by performing operation for removing the cause of the operation abnormality of an injection molding machine when the operation abnormality of the injection molding machine is generated. <P>SOLUTION: When the operation of the injection molding machine is determined to be abnormal by primary or secondary monitor operation, the operation of the injection molding machine is stopped and the alarm is operated and, when either one of safety door opening operation and operation for changing over an operation mode changeover switch to another operation mode is operated in the injection molding machine, the operation of the alarm is stopped by the signal from the injection molding machine. Further, when a movable mold remains mold opened, the safety door in the injection molding machine remains closed and the operation mode changeover switch in the injection molding machine remains in automatic operation mode state, the control mechanism is restarted by the signal from the injection molding machine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
