<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent Pachinko ball polishing and lifting apparatus causing neither polishing unevenness nor feeding dispersion of rolling Pachinko balls by preventing the lateral deviation of polishing cloth guided by a polishing mechanism and laid on the upper face of the polishing mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: A polishing cloth roll 39 wound with the polishing cloth 32 before use, and a winding shaft 41 for winding the polishing cloth 32 are arranged below the polishing mechanism 112. The polishing cloth 32 pulled out of the polishing cloth roll 39 is guided to the upper face of the polishing mechanism 112 through a guide shaft 42a, and the polishing cloth 32 pulled out of the polishing mechanism 112 is wound on the winding shaft 41 through a guide shaft 42b.
