<p>Provided is an analytical apparatus, which is provided with a flow channel that sends a sample, and which is capable of automatically eliminating a state wherein measurement cannot be performed due to clogging of the flow channel. The analytical apparatus is characterized in being provided with: an eluent sending section, which sends an eluent; a sample introducing section, which is provided on the eluent flow channel; a separating column, which is connected to the sample introducing section via the flow channel; a switching means, which is provided between the sample introducing section and the separating column, and which separates the flow channel between the sample introducing section and the separating column into first and second flow channels; first and second filters, which are provided on the first and the second flow channels, respectively; a cleaning solution flow channel, which a cleaning solution that cleans the first or the second filter passes through; a cleaning solution sending section, which sends the cleaning solution; and a discharge flow channel, which is connected to the cleaning solution flow channel via the first and the second flow channels, and which discharges the cleaning solution that has cleaned the first and the second filters.</p> |
