<p>Provided is a laminated ceramic capacitor that can suppress reductions in dielectric constant even if the ceramic layers are made thinner. A laminated ceramic capacitor (1) comprises a laminate (5), which has a plurality of ceramic layers (2) that are laminated and a plurality of internal electrodes (3 and 4) formed along the interface between the ceramic layers (2), and a plurality of external electrodes (6 and 7) formed on the outer surface of the laminate (5) and electrically connected to the internal electrodes (3 and 4). This laminated ceramic capacitor (1) is characterized by the existence, in the ceramic layers (2), of ceramic particles that are in contact with both internal electrodes (3 and 4) adjacent via the ceramic layers (2), and by the thickness of the internal electrodes (3 and 4) being 0.60 µm or less.</p> |
