PURPOSE: An image capturing method and apparatus thereof are provided to enable a user to capture images in high resolution by improving resolution restriction states while capturing high speed images. CONSTITUTION: An image capturing apparatus captures input images in first frame rates. The image capturing apparatus detects moved objects from the input image(400). The image capturing apparatus captures a focused area including the detected objects in second frame rates(410). The image capturing apparatus synthesizes a first image captured in the first frame rates and a second image captured in the second frame rates(418).
