<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently create effective trial reading data for motivating a user to purchase an electronic book. <P>SOLUTION: When a user browses an electronic book using a terminal device 100, a reading log sampling unit 150 samples a browsing history as a reading log to transmit the reading log to a server 200 via Internet 300. A reading log storage unit 220 collects reading logs of many users, and a reading log extraction unit 230 extracts reading logs of one electronic book. An interest degree distribution creation unit 240 creates an interest degree distribution of users per page for the electronic book by analyzing the reading logs. A high interest degree area extraction unit 250 extracts a high interest area whose interest degree is equal to or over a prescribed threshold based on the interest degree distribution.
