<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development, excellent in printing characteristics, free from probability of causing decrease in a charge amount by an external additive, and having high storage stability in a printer. <P>SOLUTION: The toner for electrostatic charge image development comprises colored resin particles containing a binder resin and a colorant, and an external additive, wherein the external additive contains silica fine particles (A). The silica fine particles (A) are prepared by surface treating silica fine particles (S) having a BET specific surface area of 70 to 200 (m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/g) with a surface treating agent, satisfying the following expressions (1) and (2), and are added by 0.4 to 2.0 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the colored resin particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
