The present invention provides a dental prosthesis comprising: a pair of retentive grooves for encompassing teeth on both sides of a loss region using an under-cut of a fixture; first and second supports extended to the loss region of one side of the retentive grooves; and an artificial tooth to be coupled to the first and second supports, wherein an inclined plane having a central concave groove is formed downward at an upper portion of the first support, an inclined plane having a locking protrusion corresponding to the concave groove is formed upward at a lower portion of the second support, coupling grooves for coupling the artificial tooth are formed at corners of the first and second supports, respectively, and coupling protrusions corresponding to the coupling grooves are formed inside the artificial tooth. The present invention can firmly and stably couple an artificial tooth without the removal or minimum removal of the fixture by a structure in which an artificial tooth is coupled by the pair of retentive grooves for encompassing teeth using the under-cut of a fixture, and the first and second supports extended to the loss region. In addition, it is possible to enable easy manufacturing and to expect the reduction of manufacturing costs by simplifying the retentive grooves, the first and second supports and the artificial tooth.
