Disclosed are a regenerative two-stage absorbing-generating system and a regenerative third-type absorption heat pump. The main components of the regenerative two-stage absorbing-generating system include a first absorber (1), a second absorber (2), a generator (3), a first solution pump (4), a second solution pump (5), a first solution heat exchanger (6), a second solution heat exchanger (7), and a vapor separating chamber (8), which constitute a mono-solution circulation or a double-solution circulation. A regenerative flow path is completed by the second absorber (2) and the first absorber (1), a solution generating flow path adopting the second-type driving power is completed by the second absorber (2) and the vapor separating chamber (8), and a solution generating flow path adopting the first-type driving power is completed by the generator (3), thereby the regenerative two-stage absorbing-generating system with adjustable regeneration range is constituted. The regenerative third-type absorption heat pump is formed by adding other associated components comprising a first condenser (9), a second condenser (10), an evaporator (11), a first throttle valve (12), a first coolant liquid pump (13), and a second coolant liquid pump (14) to the regenerative two-stage absorbing-generating system.
