<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information medium which ensures clear click feeling in a dome type switch when the dome type switch is pinched at the fingertips and depressed. <P>SOLUTION: An information medium 10 comprises a frame 11, a module 13 provided in the frame 11 and having a dome type switch 12, an adhesive layer 14 covering the frame 11 and the module 13, and a pair of substrates 15, 16 which sandwich the frame 11 and module 13 with the adhesive layers 14 interposed therebetween. The dome type switch 12 has a first fixed contact 18 and a second fixed contact 19 provided on one surface 13a of the module 13.
