<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latent heat exchanger having a header in which a header body and a header cover are precisely joined by blazing in a high joining strength. <P>SOLUTION: An inflow header 60 has: a case-shaped header body 61; and a case-shaped header cover 64 fitted in the header 61 in an inner fitting state, and they are joined and formed by blazing so that openings face each other. The body peripheral wall 63 of the header body 61 is formed to expand outward, and is extended, in the cross-sectional direction, to be not lower than the outer peripheral surface of a cover bottom plate 65.
