PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus of intermolecular interactions reducing mixing of air bubbles into a flow path.
SOLUTION: When intermolecular interactions are measured by a measuring apparatus 1, an inlet 81a is made to protrude from an opening 91 of an advancing/retracting member 89 of a chip cover 80 to pierce into one end 14c of a flow cell 14 of a detector 10, so that, in a state where the inlet 81a is brought into contact with the flow cell 14 into a piercing manner, it becomes possible to pass sample solution 60 fed through a sample inflow path 81 of the chip cover 80 directly into a sealed path 14b via the inlet 81a. This constitution can prevent an inflow of outside air from the surface in the side of one end 14c of the flow cell 14 into the detector 10, as if being drawn therein by the flow of the sample solution 60, and prevent an optical detection from being obstructed by air bubbles mixed in the sealed path 14b, thus allowing a favorable measurement of the intermolecular interactions.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
