<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multicylinder rotary compressor that can prevent compressed gas from leaking from a split surface of a split-type intermediate plate without bonding the split surface of the split-type intermediate plate with an adhesive agent, and is superior in productivity, reliability and performance. <P>SOLUTION: The multicylinder rotary compressor includes the split-type intermediate plate that includes: a sliding surface formed on an outer periphery side of a crankshaft insertion hole; a tightening surface formed on an outer periphery side of the sliding surface; a plurality of intermediate plate members for constituting the intermediate plate; a rough surface formed on the tightening surface by applying a rough grinding to the surface; and smooth surfaces formed on the sliding surface and split matching surfaces of the intermediate plate members by applying finish grinding to the surfaces at a smoothness higher than that of the tightening surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
