<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device for a portable endoscope which eliminates a pressure difference between inside and outside of the light source device to reduce a load on the light source device and prevent the light source device from being damaged in a decompression process such as EOG sterilization. <P>SOLUTION: The light source device 30 for the portable endoscope is detachably provided to the light source connection part 26 of an endoscope body and includes a communication hole 35h to communicate the inside and the outside of the light source device 30 with each other and a slide pin 37 capable of blocking the communication hole 35h. By separating a slide pin 37 from the light source connection part 26 when the light source device 30 is detached from the light source device connection part 26, a communication hole 35h is blocked up by the slide pin 37. By abutment of the slide pin 37 on the light source device connection part 26 when the light source device 30 is mounted on the light source connection part 26, the communication hole 35h is opened to communicate the inside and the outside of the light source device 30 with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
