<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide accurate charging management which conforms to an actual track record of communication. <P>SOLUTION: An SGSN 4, which, when a mobile communication terminal 2 performs mobile communication, relays communication data of the mobile communication terminal 2, comprises a receiving unit 42, a remaining communication amount storage unit 41 which stores remaining communication amount information indicating the remaining communication time or remaining communication data volume possible for the mobile communication terminal 2 to perform mobile communication, and a remaining communication amount update unit 43 which updates the remaining communication amount information. The remaining communication amount update unit 43, when a start request and an end request for mobile communication by a mobile communication terminal 2 or other switching equipment are received, starts and stops updating the remaining communication amount information based on data communication by the mobile communication terminal 2; and when a preservation state set request and a clear request in mobile communication by a mobile communication terminal 2 or other switching equipment are received, it stops and restarts updating the remaining communication amount information based on data communication by the mobile communication terminal 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
