<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent alignment property of a wire material at a core slot part from lowering in a concentrated winding coil to achieve a high space factor coil. <P>SOLUTION: With a concentrated winding core, in order to maintain the alignment state of a slot part inserted into a stator core, column transition and layer transition need to be performed in a coil end part. By installing a wire material guide holding mechanism near a winding bobbin, guiding the position of a wire material before winding the wire material on to a bobbin, and depressing the wire material after winding, alignment disturbance of a coil wire can be prevented and a high space factor coil can be achieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
