<p>This device is an audio-processing device that obtains an artificial voice from a mixed sound containing a desired voice and noise. Said audio-processing device is characterized by the provision of a first microphone, a second microphone, a first sound-collection unit, a second sound-collection unit, and a noise-suppression circuit. A first mixed sound containing a desired voice and noise is inputted to the first microphone, which outputs a first mixed signal. The second microphone is open to the same acoustic space as the first microphone. A second mixed sound, containing the desired voice and the noise in different proportions from the first mixed sound, is inputted to the second microphone, which outputs a second mixed signal. The first sound-collection unit is provided with a concave surface that focuses the first mixed sound onto the first microphone. The second sound-collection unit is positioned facing a different direction from the first sound-collection unit and is provided with a concave surface that focuses the second mixed sound onto the second microphone. The noise-suppression circuit suppresses an estimated noise signal on the basis of the first and second mixed signals and outputs an artificial voice signal. This configuration makes it possible to: collect both a desired voice and noise in an acoustic space containing both said desired voice and noise; accurately estimate the noise; and reconstruct an artificial voice similar to the desired voice.</p> |
