摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust core having an excellent magnetic characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: Material powder for the dust core is constituted of not amorphous alloy powder but Fe-based nano-crystalline alloy powder. That is, heat treatment (P2) concerned in deposition of a nano-crystal phase is separated from hardening (P3) of the dust core, and nano crystallization is carried out before the hardening of the dust core. Further, a temperature elevation rate is made low before brought into the second crystallization starting temperature, when conducting the heat treatment concerned in the deposition of the nano-crystal phase. The dust core having an excellent soft magnetic characteristic and highly saturated magnetic flux density is obtained thereby using the nano-crystalline alloy powder deposited with a microscopic nano-crystal of 30 nm or less comprising bccFe of high magnetization. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
