<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sesame-containing acidic emulsified liquid seasoning with a roasted sesame flavor which can be sufficiently felt after storage. <P>SOLUTION: The sesame-containing acidic emulsified liquid seasoning contains crushed roasted sesame, a gum substance, yolk, edible oil and fat, and a high-intensity sweetener. The viscosity of the seasoning is 0.1-5 Pa s, and all the ray transmittance of the seasoning obtained through measurement of turbidity by using integrating sphere type electrophotometry is 1.5-10%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
