<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restoration curve creating system for quantitatively creating a restoration curve for risk analysis. <P>SOLUTION: The restoration curve creating system generates a restoration curve for quantitatively evaluating damages on the facilities due to a hazard. The restoration curve creating system includes a damage probability storage that, assuming at least the buildings and the accommodations of the facilities to be diagnosed as constituent elements, stores damage probability that the constituent elements may suffer damages according to the magnitude of the hazard; a PMT calculation part that calculates expected maximum restoration time by multiplying a maximum restoration time of the constituent elements by the damage probability; an operation level calculation part that calculates a maximum anticipated loss amount by multiplying the maximum loss amount for each constituent element at every period by the damage probability, calculates an anticipated loss ratio by dividing the maximum anticipated loss amount by a restoring cost of the constituent elements, and calculates operation rate by subtracting the anticipated loss ratio from 1; and a restoration curve generating part that generates a restoration curve by plotting the operation rate at every period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
