<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further cope with the acceleration request of a driver when the environment temperature of a step-up converter is low. <P>SOLUTION: When the environment temperature Ten of the step-up converter is less than a predetermined temperature Ten1, and a power mode signal PSW is on (S130, S160), temperature rising control for controlling the step-up converter 55 is executed using a voltage command VH* which repeats voltage rise and voltage drop within a range of an upper limit voltage VHlimtmp due to the environment temperature or less (S170, S180, S200).
