PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a protein involved in a molecular mechanism between Akt and cell motility as well as to elucidate its function and to find its application.

SOLUTION: By using a protein containing an amino acid sequence identical or substantially identical to an amino acid sequence comprising a specific sequence or a partial peptide thereof, a compound that activates or inhibits any of cell motility, cell migration and angiogenesis or a salt thereof is screened.
