<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocking die forging device and a punching method which can drill a through-hole by using rocking die forging. <P>SOLUTION: The rocking die forging device in which a tool axis G of a forging tool 10 slanted to a reference axis is made to rock, and which thereby processes a raw material W includes: the forging tool 10; a tool rocking unit 30 which makes the forging tool 10 rock, and presses a part of a surface of the raw material W by an edge of the forging tool 10; a tool feeder 50 which relatively moves a rocking point in which the reference axis C and the tool axis G cross together along the reference axis C in a coordinated manner with the tool rocking unit 30; and a shearing separator 60 which has an opening end which opens toward the forging tool 10, shears a material being pushed out in the inside from the raw material W by the forging tool 10, and separates from the raw material, and drills a through-hole in the raw material W by the forging tool 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
