<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric pronunciation component having high sound pressure in a low frequency band. <P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric pronunciation component 1 includes a resin sheet 10, a piezoelectric diaphragm 11 having a polygonal shape, and a housing 12. The piezoelectric diaphragm 11 conducts flexural vibrations. The piezoelectric diaphragm 11 is attached on at least a part of a center part 10A which is a region excluding a peripheral part 10B from the resin sheet 10.
