<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersoid having a metal-oxygen bond suitable for production of a metal oxide thin film at a low temperature of 200°C or lower and production of homogeneous organic-inorganic composite body, to provide a metal oxide thin film having various kinds of functions, and to provide an organic-inorganic hybrid material particularly having a high refractive index and high transparency. <P>SOLUTION: The dispersoid having metal-oxygen bond is obtained by mixing a metal compound having at least three hydrolyzable groups with water of a prescribed quantity at a prescribed temperature in the absence of at least one kind selected from the group consisting of acid, a base and a dispersion stabilizer. The water of a prescribed quantity is a solution diluted with a hydrocarbon solvent and an alcoholic solvent, the diluted solution is added to the metal compound, and further, the prescribed temperature is a room temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
