<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder which is available under a very simple structure and a file with the binder attached to a cover. <P>SOLUTION: This invention is constructed of a base sheet 15 with a binding hole 26 in the surface, and binding blades 16 arranged as connected with the base sheet 15. Thus, a closed loop can be formed by inserting each of the binding blades 16 into the binding hole 26 and thereby, a document P can be bound by the binder 12. In addition, the file 10 is constructed by attaching the binder 12 to the inside surface side of the cover 11. The base sheet 15 includes a first surface 20 for supporting the binding blades 16 and a second surface 22 connected with the same, and each of the binding blades 16 assumes an upright position which is almost orthogonal with the first surface 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
