<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting device offering high efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting device comprises a first substrate (1), a reflective layer (2), a first insulating layer (3), a first transparent electrode (4), an organic light-emitting layer (5), a second transparent electrode (6), and a second substrate (7) disposed in the order of the first substrate, the reflective layer, the first insulating layer, the first transparent electrode, the organic light-emitting layer, the second transparent electrode, and the second substrate in the direction of light extraction from the organic light-emitting layer. The reflective layer is a flat sheet, the light extraction side of the first insulating layer is provided with projections and depressions, and the first transparent electrode, the organic light-emitting layer, and the second transparent electrode are provided with projections and depressions corresponding to the projections and the depressions of the first insulating layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
