<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer capacitor which can control an ESR over a wide frequency band. <P>SOLUTION: A multilayer capacitor 1 is such that internal electrodes 8a, 8b, opposed via a dielectric layer 7, are disposed in a capacitance section 10 facing each other as having mutually different polarities, while internal electrodes 8c-8f, opposed via the dielectric layer 7, are disposed in ESR control sections 11A, 11B facing each other as having mutually different polarities. At the boundary between the capacitance section 10 and the ESR control sections 11A, 11B, the internal electrodes 8c, 8b in the capacitance section 10 connected to external electrodes 3, 4 and the internal electrodes 8c, 8f in the ESR control sections 11A, 11B connected to the external electrodes 3, 4 are not disposed facing each other via the dielectric layer 7 as having different polarities. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
