<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vibration noise caused by a periodic movement of a discharge-side bush. <P>SOLUTION: The compressor includes: a cylinder 30 having a compression chamber 31 and a blade accommodation part 33; a piston 40; and a discharge-side bush 34a and a suction-side bush 34b disposed inside the blade accommodation part 33. The piston 40 includes: an annular roller 41 disposed at the compression chamber 31; and a blade 42 extending from the outer circumferential surface of the roller 41 and reciprocally arranged between the bushes 34a, 34b. For at least one of the bushes 34a, 34b, a resin layer/layers (S1-S5) are formed on at least the entire surface or a part thereof from among (1) a surface facing a side surface of the blade 42 in the outer circumferential surface of the bush, (2) a surface facing a circumferential wall surface of the blade accommodation part 33 in the outer circumferential surface of the bush, (3) a surface facing the outer circumferential surface of the bush in the side surface of the blade 42, and (4) a surface facing the outer circumferential surface of the bush in the circumferential wall surface of the blade accommodation part 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
