摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a microspherical metal particle which has almost perfect sphericity and in which the grain size is uniform, and especially provide a method suitable to manufacture the microspherical metal particle having a nanocomposite structure. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a microspherical metal particle is characterized as follows. Molten metal droplets which radially disperse from a center to a centrifugal field by a centrifugal force are compulsorily made to contact with a toroidal upward flow of a gas composed mainly of argon in a centrifugal field. Concretely, the molten metal is supplied on a disk 4 which performs high speed horizontal rotation, a centrifugal force is made to act on the molten metal, the molten metal is radially dispersed to a centrifugal field as droplets, the droplets are compulsorily made to contact with a toroidal upward flow of a gas composed mainly of argon in a centrifugal field, wherein the gas is emitted from a slit shape opening 9 disposed on upwardly or slantingly upwardly to a doughnut shape gas supply pipe 8 disposed in a position which is a lower side from a top surface of the disk and makes a concentric circle to the disk. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
