<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a wet master batch capable of decreasing the amount of a coagulant that remains in a coagulum though a smaller amount of cleaning liquid than before is used. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the wet master batch includes a coagulation step 3 of mixing a rubber latex and slurry in which a filler is dispersed to water, and coagulating a mixture of rubber and the filler from this liquid mixture, and a dewatering step 5 of dewatering the coagulum obtained by the coagulation step 3.
