<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial/mildewproof coating-applied metal product used for: locations subject to high temperatures and high humidity such as a bathroom, kitchen or rest room; instruments handling a hot water; or objects which human bodies touch with frequency. <P>SOLUTION: The antibacterial/mildewproof coating-applied metal product is produced by: forming a porous black chemical conversion film (11) on the surface of a metal substrate such as stainless steel, iron, aluminum as a coating base layer by black chrome plating treatment, Raydent (R) treatment or other electrolysis; laminating on the surface of the black chemical conversion film (11), a top coating film (12) in which a white-powder silver-based inorganic antibacterial agent having a mean particle size of ≤2.5 μm is added in 0.5-3.0 wt.% based on 100 wt.% of the solid content of a resin coating material; and then integrating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
