The present invention relates to the field of communications. Embodiments of the present invention disclose a wireless transceiver module and an assembly method thereof, and solves the technical problem in the prior art of existing wireless transceiver modules having low reliability and bad heat dissipation due to processing errors. The wireless transceiver module comprises: a radio frequency board for disposing a radio frequency signal unit and a power amplification board for disposing a power amplification unit. The radio frequency board and the power amplification board are stacked such that a hollowed area on the radio frequency board overlaps the area of the power amplification unit on the power amplification unit. The radio frequency board comprises at least one first welding point. The power amplification board comprises a second welding point corresponding to the at least one welding point on the radio frequency board. The radio frequency board and the power amplification board are welded together through the first welding point and the second welding point. The present invention is used to improve wireless transceiver modules and to enhance the reliability of wireless transceiver modules.
