<p>A charge pump circuit comprises a clock signal input terminal, an inverted clock signal input terminal into which a signal having a phase reversed from the clock signal is inputted, an output terminal from which an output voltage is to be outputted, a plurality of rectifier circuits connected in series between the output terminal and a ground terminal, and a plurality of capacitor elements each of which has one terminal thereof connected to the anode side of each of the plurality of rectifier circuits. The charge pump circuit is also composed so that the other terminal of a capacitor element of the last stage at the output-terminal side is maintained at ground potential, and so that the clock signal input terminal and the inverted clock signal input terminal are connected alternately to the other terminals of capacitor elements other than the capacitor element of the last stage. In this charge pump circuit, rectifier circuits of stages other than the first and last stages are configured such that at least two diodes are connected in series therein, with the anodes thereof arranged at the output terminal side, and the cathodes thereof arranged at the ground terminal side.</p> |
