<p>PURPOSE: A rotary light emitting fence and a delineator using LEDs are provided to charge a rechargeable battery by maximizing sunlight collected to a solar cell plate using a convex lens. CONSTITUTION: A rotary light emitting fence using LEDs comprises a sequential lighting circuit, LEDs(124), a first timer, and a second timer. The sequential lighting circuit applies terminal voltage of each circuit to the LEDs and lights the LEDs. The LEDs are arranged in a circular shape and are electrically connected to the sequential lighting circuit. The first and second timers turn on/off the LEDs at pre-set intervals.</p> |
