<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milk ceramide-rich food that prevents precipitation and non-uniformity of milk ceramide within the food and a method for producing the same, especially a milk ceramide-rich food containing 0.3% or more milk ceramide, as a high-suger-content food such as gummy candies. <P>SOLUTION: Milk ceramide is pasted and then blended into food, whereby the milk ceramide can be evenly added to the food without causing precipitation.
