<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose improvement of a tire vulcanization mold having each elongated exhaust groove opened on a tire molding surface, each plate-like blade fitted to each exhaust groove and embedded therein with a minute gap in-between the exhaust groove, and an exhaust hole for communicating each exhaust groove with the outside of the tire vulcanization mold. <P>SOLUTION: An exhaust groove 14 is configured to reduce the length dimension halfway in a mold depth direction in order to include: an upper groove part 15 located on the mold surface side of a tire vulcanization mold; and a lower groove part 16 located on the mold rear-surface side of the tire vulcanization mold and whose length dimension is shorter compared with that of the upper groove part. The thickness dimension of the upper groove part is greater than that of a blade 17 while the thickness dimension of the lower groove part is equal to or less than that of the blade. When the blade is fittingly embedded in the exhaust groove, the blade is brought into contact with at least the bottom surface of the upper groove part and the end surfaces on both sides in a thickness direction of the lower groove part.
