LIGHTING FIXTURE AND STORAGE METHOD FOR SILICON SINGLE CRYSTAL

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture capable of hardly spoiling operability without deteriorating a lifetime of a silicon single crystal, and a storage method for storing the silicon single crystal by using the lighting fixture.

SOLUTION: In the lighting fixture arranged at a place where at least the silicon single crystal is handled, the maximum strength of a light-emitting spectrum at a wavelength of 600 nm or more of illumination light emitted from the lighting fixture becomes 40% or below of the maximum strength of the light-emitting spectrum at a wavelength of less than 600 nm.
